Require water-activated gummed tapes in widths of 1 1/2" to 3". Both machines have water bottles in order to maintain a reservoir for continued moistening of the gummed tape. In a single pull, the manual machine can dispense a strip of tape from 4" to 42" long. A distinguishing feature of the automatic or electronic gummed tape dispenser is its ability to be pre-set for up to 16 lengths of tape.
