We will honor most returns if completed within 60 days of purchase. The exceptions being products damaged during return shipment, custom items, discontinued items and large quantity orders*. Only unopened bundles/packages will be accepted. Bundle quantities can be found on our Web Site and in our catalog. A 15% restocking charge will apply. All returns must be insured and the freight prepaid.
Procedure: Contact us for an authorization number prior to returning any products. Returns should be shipped F.O.B. destination. Title, risk of loss and damage during transit belong to customer until delivery by carrier to Argrov Box. Upon inspecting the returned product(s), we will determine the amount of credit or refund. If we make a mistake by shipping the wrong product or quantity, then upon verification, we will assume complete responsibility, including all shipping costs, to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Incorrect orders placed by you or a representative of your company are your responsibility. We will work with you to correct the error(s) in order to prevent future mistakes and to get the correct replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged products - Proof of shipment damage may require a photo.
Product(s) damaged during return shipment will be photographed and sent to you as proof of damage. We will call you within two business days upon receipt of the damaged product(s). At that time, we will inform you of any monetary adjustments.
To reduce the possibility of shipment damage, please wrap or protect the returned item(s) in a reasonably protective manner similar to the packaging method(s) used by Argrov Box.
Defective Products
Defective products will be replaced at our cost as quickly as possible.
Procedure: Contact us as soon as possible regarding any defective products so that we can make arrangements to pick up the product(s) in question and to replace it with similar product(s) that meets our quality inspection and box/packaging industry standards.
Credits or Refunds
Credits will automatically be issued upon receipt of returned products, unless you request a refund. Until used, you will receive monthly statements listing your outstanding credit balance.
