Double Wall boxes should be used when you need added side wall protection or greater stacking strength. A Double Wall box is constructed with three corrugated liners and two flutes (wavy medium or arches separated by air). Most Double Wall boxes are made by laminating a B-flute corrugated sheet with a C-flute sheet. The outer sheet is B-flute because it is a smaller, compressed material that provides greater resistance to side wall punctures. Available as a stock item in selected sizes.
